Lots of fun things happen when you’re least expecting or planning or available. Hot*pop in Milwaukee’s Third Ward, a boutique dedicated to designer toys, apparels, books and more, recently curated a show of some of the midwest’s finest up and coming creatives. Dwellephant, Chad Edwards, Greenbeanbaby (Ellia Hill), Fred Kaems, Eric Hancock (me), Catherine Palmeno, Dierdre Hatton, Jeremy Pettis, and Cara Corder joined forces to collectively bask in the wonders if the newly turned seasonal change and spread their talent in one of my favorite gallery spaces in the city. Intimate, comfortable, and full of awesome guests and hosts.
Alas, I was unable to be there during the opening reception but my pal Chris took some great pics to capture the spirited nature of the event running through May 18th with another Gallery Night & Day in the near future from April 20-21st.
